I'm David Kulagin, the owner of KingFisher Soft Wash — and right now, the guy who shows up, does the work, and walks the property with you before the truck leaves.
I started KingFisher because I kept seeing the same thing around Palm Coast: houses and roofs blasted with a pressure washer, stripped and streaked, and green again a few months later. Soft washing done right is a different thing entirely — low pressure, the right solution for each surface, and growth killed at the root so it stays clean for years. I'd rather do it properly once than sell you the same job twice.
