Meet the owner
I'm David Kulagin, and I own and run KingFisher Soft Wash. When you call, you talk to me. I price the job, I do the work, and I walk the property with you before I leave.
I started KingFisher because I kept seeing the same thing around Palm Coast: houses and roofs blasted with a pressure washer, damaged, and green again a few months later. Soft washing done right uses low pressure and the right solution for each surface, so the growth is killed instead of just rinsed off.
My background is in general contracting and equipment repair. I treat every property the way I'd want mine treated.
