This policy explains what information KingFisher Soft Wash LLC collects through kingfishersoftwash.com and through quote requests submitted on Facebook or Instagram, how that information is used, and how to have it removed.
The short version: we collect your name, phone number, email and property address so we can quote and schedule exterior cleaning work. We use an advertising tool (the Meta Pixel) that sets cookies. We do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect
- Information you give us. When you send a quote request or lead form, or call or text us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the services you're interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Photographs of your property. Taken while quoting and working, to document the job. We don't publish photos of a customer's property in marketing without asking first.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the website: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site or ad you came from, and similar technical data.
How we use it
- To prepare a quote and contact you about it
- To schedule, perform and invoice work
- To follow up about services you asked about
- To measure which ads bring in real inquiries, and to improve them
- To meet tax, insurance and other legal obligations
Cookies and advertising tools
This website uses the Meta Pixel. It records actions such as viewing a page, tapping the phone number or sending a quote form, and reports them to Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can measure ad performance and show ads to people likely to want exterior cleaning.
You can control this through your Meta ad settings, the industry opt-out, or your browser's settings for blocking or deleting cookies.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Netlify: website hosting and form submissions
- Meta Platforms: advertising measurement, and lead forms submitted on Facebook or Instagram
- Intuit QuickBooks: estimates, invoices and payments
- Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your quote, your appointment and the work. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that don't become jobs are kept for about two years. Customer and job records are kept for at least seven years for tax and insurance purposes. Lead data submitted through Meta's lead forms is deleted from Meta's systems after 90 days; our own copy follows the periods above.
Your choices
Email kingfishersoftwash@gmail.com or call (386) 529-4539 to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. We'll respond within 30 days.
Children
This website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
