Why cages get darker every year
A screen enclosure holds shade, and shade holds moisture. Mildew takes the frame first, then the mesh, then the channel where the screen meets the frame. It darkens so evenly that most people only notice the lanai feels dimmer and the pavers have gone black.
High pressure blows out screen panels and strips the frame coating. We clean the whole enclosure at low pressure and treat rust separately, since bleach on rust makes it permanent.

Common questions
Will you tear my screens?
No. We use low pressure and check for existing tears and loose spline before anything gets wet, so you know what was already there.
Do I need to drain or cover the pool?
No. We control the runoff and rinse thoroughly.
Is the deck included?
Yes. Whatever comes off the cage lands on the deck, so we clean it in the same visit.
